ChatAssistant for Windows Terms of Service

ChatAssistant only replies to people who write to you. It is not a bulk-messaging or advertising tool, and WhatsApp may restrict numbers that abuse automation.

1. Acceptance

These terms govern the use of ChatAssistant for Windows (the “app”), published on the Microsoft Store as “ChatAssistant - Business” by Web Business Tools (Blasmani Titi) (“we”). By installing or using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app is

ChatAssistant is an independent tool that sends automatic replies in your one-to-one WhatsApp chats according to the rules you create: keywords, a welcome message, exact phrases you send, a campaign that replies to any message (with a per-customer pause of the days you choose) and follow-ups. It works through WhatsApp Web, inside the app, as a linked device of your own account and on your own PC.

3. ChatAssistant Pro subscription

4. Requirements

5. Acceptable use

By using ChatAssistant you agree to:

6. Your content

You are solely responsible for the content of your rules (texts, images, videos, audio, voice notes and documents) and for everything sent on your behalf. You must have the right to use that content, and it must not be illegal, misleading or offensive or infringe other people’s rights. The content stays on your PC; we do not see, review or store it.

7. Risks to your WhatsApp number

You use ChatAssistant at your own risk.

8. No warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, that it will reply to every message, that it will be compatible with every computer or that its results will meet your needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the loss of sales, customers, data or opportunities, for the restriction or ban of your WhatsApp number, or for the content sent through your rules. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on your devices under these terms and the Microsoft Store terms of use. You may not sell, rent or redistribute it, or distribute modified versions as if they were ChatAssistant. The open-source components it includes are governed by their own licenses, which you can see in the app in Settings › About › Open source licenses.

11. Trademarks

“ChatAssistant” and its logo identify this app. ChatAssistant is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC and is mentioned only to describe compatibility. Microsoft, Windows and the Microsoft Store are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

12. Ending use

You can stop using ChatAssistant whenever you want: log out of WhatsApp Web in Settings and uninstall the app. If you have ChatAssistant Pro, also cancel the subscription in your Microsoft account. We may modify, suspend or stop offering the app or some of its features. If you breach these terms, you must stop using the app.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available in the app, in Settings › Terms of service, with its update date; if a change is important, we will tell you in the app. If you keep using ChatAssistant after a change, you accept the new version.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the judges and courts of Lima, without prejudice to the rights and remedies the law grants you as a consumer.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these terms: Web Business Tools (Blasmani Titi), webbusinesstoolspro@gmail.com.
